Suzan is a beautiful stone villa with a unique charm of its own. Designed and built by its owner Manolis, Susanna is built on 2 levels in the traditional Cretan style.  It has  classical archways, wood beam ceilings, stone tiled floors and a large Cretan fireplace.  The stone design renders the house cool in summer and warm in Winter.

Suzan is located in a quiet setting with its own stone terrace and pergola surrounded by roses, jasmine and oleander trees ; perfect for a day’s relaxing or bird watching.  Villa Susanna is a well designed and compact villa. The ground floor has a very well designed and well equipped kitchen with modern utilities and more appliances than you could wish for.  The kitchen leads into a dining room/living room open plan area with traditional Cretan furniture.  At the far end of the ground floor there is a cosy  bedroom with two single beds which is perfect for two children or a couple.  This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower.  The first floor is accessible by means of a wooden staircase from the first floor living area.  Here you find a spacious and romantically designed bedoom with a double bed and a small single bed  suitable for a young child.  This bedroom has a window facing north and a small terrace facing east with views of Souda Bay and the coastline.  There is a also a larger terrace facing south-west with a beautiful view of the White Mountains.  This terrace is perfect for relaxation after a long day swimming, sun bathing or something more adventurous, At the far end of the bedroom there is a utility romm with a washing machine which leads into a modern bathroom with shower and bath.

Outside and to the left of the pergola there is a large swimming pool which is shared with the guests in View villa. The pool is easily accessible with graded steps and there is a small shallow section for younger children.
