Scenically located between sea and mountain the Villa Love offers a relaxing and pleasurable atmosphere. It is situated at the centre of the island, 17 km. from Heraklion, in the village Episkopi, a traditional Cretan village off the main tourist route, which permits easy access to every corner of Crete. The beautiful beach of Amnissos and Kokini Hani is just 7 to 10 minutes by car. Villa Love is situated on a small elevation, on the edge of the village. It is a quiet place, in the trees and the flowers (1000 sqm) with absolute owner.

The exterior and the garden of Villa Love is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Crete weather all year round. Villa Love is surrounded by age-old olive tree and the building is based on wood, roof-tiles and stone, combining traditional architecture with modern elements. The Villa Love is spacious 120 sqm ( 10 sqm plus auxiliary areas) and is ideal for 6(+1) people. All rooms have air conditioning except a small bedrooms (which is for kids)The central heating makes the house suitable for winter holidays. The floor in the bedrooms is made of wood and the other rooms are made of a wonderful colourful stone.
The main entrance leads to the dining rooms and continues on to the open plan kitchen and living room, which is tastefully furnished and has an open fireplace, SAT/TV (led 40''), DVD and stereo with CD/cassette deck The kitchen has all the suitable household appliances. Above the living room is a gallery style spare room, which can be reached by an open wooden staircase from the kitchen. In this room there are an office, bookcase and one single bed. 12 people can dine in the dining room. There is an auxiliary space (is 10 sq.m.) where you can go from a staircase in the living room, where there is a washing machine and space for luggage. There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has also a double bed and the third smaller bedroom is ideal for children with a single bed or with two small beds for babies ( it is depended on client’s requirements). There is a bathroom with bath and a smaller one with shower. The house is well insulated which double glazing and the windows are fitted with mosquito screens. The owner with his family live opposite from the Villa and they are always in your disposal when you need them.Wine, raki, olive oil and seasonal fruits, that are our production, are supplied without payment and continuously

Village Episkopi

The small village of Episkopi lies about 18 km from the city of Heraklion, 15 km from the airport and 9 km from the lovely beach of Amnissos.

This traditional hill village is full of olive groves and vine – yards. It remains relatively untouched by tourism. The village Episkopi that is found in the centre of roughly Crete, is a Marvellous base of actions for like natural, historical-archaeological and cultural ways.

The built-up core of Episkopi is traditional with stone houses and graphic streets. When you walk these streets you will be impressed with a large number of churches that you will meet (some churches dates back from the 14th century).

The village has mini markets, bakeries, groceries, butchers, Gas Station, Pharmacy, Clinic for first aid, dental clinics, bank, two taverns and cafes.
