The main entrance leads into the ground level that is very spacious and you will find the living/dinning room, the kitchen, a bedroom and a WC/bathroom.

The living/dining room is air-conditioned and contains comfortable sofas for 6 persons, an open fireplace for the winter nights, a traditional table for romantic dinners, as well as electronic devices for entertainment such as a Satellite TV,broadband INTERNET with Notebook, DVD and CD-players. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dish washer and all the necessary requirements for cooking a meal of your taste and a small bathroom with shower. Next to the living room exists a small bedroom, equipped with 2 single beds, air-condition as well as a full WC/bathroom with a shower.

An internal staircase leads to the first level of the villa, with the main double-bed bedroom, a second big 2 single beds bedroom, and a full WC/bathroom with Hydro Massage Shower. From the bedrooms, that are equipped with air-condition and satellite TVs, the visitors can step out onto a large pergola-covered balcony with amazing panoramic view to the the olive grooves arround and the White Mountains. The second beroom has a second balcony with amazing view to the olive grooves and the hills of the Apokoronas area.

The villa has many other facilities such as: iron with ironing board, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, safe deposit box, hair dryer, first aid box, fine linens and towels etc.

In the exterior of the villa there is a very nice garden with flowers and stone constructions as well as an amazing private swimming pool (35 sqm, 1.75 m depth) with sun-beds and umbrellas. Nearby is a barbecue that you may easily use to organize a feast.

Villa has its own private parking and a garrage in the basement.

Superb gardens with flowers, olive trees and orange groves surround the exterior of the villa.
