Castle villa is a 360 sq.m. stone villa sitting on an estate of 6.000 sq.m. with a private pool, located on top of Agios Matheos overlooking the city of Chania in Western Crete.

Surrounded by evergreen pine trees it combines the tranquility of nature with luxury, and it is open all year round.  

The estate has several levels.

The main entrance on the ground floor opens to an open plan living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, a wc/shower, a fireplace and within a few steps you will find a massage room, and a large wardrobe area.  The wooden ceilings, the antique furniture and the fireplace offer coziness. On the same level just off the villa entrance you will find a bedroom, with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. This bedroom is independent of the main villa and has no stairways at all, it is considered elderly friendly. 

The villa is divided in 2 wings, with two staircases leading to the upper floors.On your right you will find two bedrooms ( one with 2 king size beds that can turn into 4 singles ) and a master bedroom with a queen size bed leading to a lovely balcony overlooking the Chania Venetian port.  These two bedrooms share a big bathroom with a bathtub.  At the other wing on your left you will find a master bedroom with a queen size bed en suite bathroom. This room leads you to the main terrace the view from there is breathtaking. On the third floor there is a gallery room which is an open space room, it has a sofa bed and a small balcony.  

At the surrounding area there is a BBQ area, a wood burning owen, a 35 sq.m. swimming pool, sunbathing terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas.Also an organic garden for you to enjoy! 

It can easily accommodate up to 10 persons.
